HAUTE PIXIE: THE SHORT WIG COLLECTION is customized to the head measurements of each individual order that is submitted. The beauty of our units are insinuated when the head is measured properly, fitting the head like a glove. To guarantee an accurate fit, follow the necessary steps:
Step 1: LIE DOWN THE NATURAL HAIR
Short Hair
Sleek the hair back off the face and secure the hair down firmly with a wig cap.
Medium Hair
Wrap the hair around the circumference of the head and enclose with a wig cap.
Long Hair
Cornrow the hair in a circular braid pattern around the head. The cornrows must be small and/or flat as possible. Cover the head with a wig cap when the braiding is completed. Do not braid the hair into individual braids. The hair will not lie down properly and will provide inaccurate head measurements.
Step 2: MEASURE THE HEAD
Using the Measurement Chart below, use a cloth measuring tape for accuracy. To avoid an inaccurate head measurement, over stretching the measuring tape should be avoided.
*If the head measurements do not line up with the Measurement Chart exactly don't worry, submit personalized head measurements with your order and we will customize it accordingly.

Step 3: SUBMIT HEAD MEASUREMENTS
After the Head Measurement steps are complete, submit the measurements with your order. For Topper head measurements, place your measurements in the note section of the order form.
