Shipping costs for orders placed at HAUTE PIXIE: THE SHORT WIG COLLECTION are based upon the shipping methods selected via United States Postal Service. The fee for shipping & processing applies to your complete order. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be forwarded to your e-mail address.
To track your order, go to www.usps.com All packages require a signature to be delivered. HAUTE PIXIE will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages if the signature confirmation is waived. Packages are only shipped to the card holders address. For security purposes, we do not ship to alternate addresses. Orders from The Collection, Toppers, and/or Sale pages are shipped in 7 to 14 business days. If the order contains more then one item, the shipping time frame can be extended to 7 to 21 business days.

Missing Mail and Lost Packages | USPS
**HAUTE PIXIE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages through the United States Postal Service. A replacement order will only be shipped after the package has been varied and confirmed as lost or missing through the USPS (30 days). If the package has been found or received after a replacement order has been shipped out, it must be returned immediately. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge to the credit card on file, NO REFUNDS.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Due to the custom nature of the order, custom units are shipped from our facility in
7 to 14 business days after the order is placed (not including weekends and holidays). However, shipping time will vary depending on the detail request of the custom order.
Some custom orders such as Full Lace Units and/or Lace Fronts can take 7 to 21 business days to construct.
POP UP PIXIE/STOCK UNIT WIGS:
Stock Unit /Ready to ship wigs are shipped from our facility 1 business day after the order is placed before 5pm EST. If the order is placed after 5pm EST during the weekday (Monday thru Friday), the order will be shipped in 2 business days. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the second business day (Tuesday).
RUSH ORDERS:
Do you wish to have your order shipped faster? Our rush orders can be shipped in 3 to 5 days for an additional $25. Request the RUSH ORDER option by e-mailing us at info@hautepixiewigs.com before placing an order. A direct invoice will be forwarded to you for processing.

Shipping in 1–3 Business Days
Get Priority mail shipping and receive it in 1, 2, or 3 business days. based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent. A variety of Flat Rate options eliminate the need to weigh items up to 70 lbs. From $6.65 at Post Office locations and online.
United States Postal Service Priority 2-3 Day Delivery:
Add $12.99 to your standard shipping charge.

Priority Mail Express/ Overnight Guarantee
Delivering 7 days a week, this is our fastest domestic service for time-sensitive letters, documents, or merchandise. Guaranteed overnight scheduled delivery to most locations, including PO Boxes.

Orders must be placed prior to 11:00 am (eastern time) for delivery the following business day.

International Delivery:
Shipping cost is $45 for the first item and $10 for each additional item.
Allow 15-20 business days for delivery.
